Is this a sick vanda?

Ok, so I purchased a Vanda from a sort of "rescue greenhouse" that inherited a breathtaking inventory of thousands of magnificent orchids and years later the plants are blooming in many cases, but the plants look like they need help.

Attached is the Vanda I got, and it's in bloom. But the leaves are a mess (See the photo.) Some leaves on the plant have holes, others have brown edges, brown spots, black spots, you name it. Will some TLC and good culture over time improve this Vanda's foliage?

To me (and only being able to see part of the plant), it looks like a plant that has been very poorly cared for, but that's about it.

The roots still green-up with water, so that's a good sign, and an indication that it will likely be OK with decent care.
