Oh, Tikva, my HD is the same as yours, some like to lower the prices and at least get what they have in them than there are some like mine and yours that do a zero markdown and no one gets to nurse the sick...sucks

Usually HD purchases from the vendors whats in "near bloom" at the time, no matter what it is, but would be nice to get one of those vanda's in a net bag once in a while ... but NOOOOOOOOOOO!!! ...
