First, let me say that there is very little that you could have done or do to cause a change in a plant in two days, short of maybe freezing it or sunburning it.
The plant basically looks OK to me. That last photo may show a bit of an issue, but it's difficult to say the reason. If that plant was mine, I'd treat with with a good quality probiotic like Inocucor Garden Solution, but I have it handy, and am biased in that direction.
As to the "undernourished" part of your query, please be aware that, while vandaceous plants are considered - correctly or not - to need more food than other orchids, none need a great deal, and adding fertilizer will not improve your culture.
