Default Stereochilus dalatensis

I've had this for over 10 years. This is the second year it bloomed and it has more flowers by far than the previous year. I think that keeping it cool in winter is the key to blooming it. It has a slight peppery scent.

Wow that is impressive... I had one years ago and it flowered a couple times a year without temp drops, grown in a orchidarium, under lights. But only kept maybe 8-9 leaves on a growth/stem... that level of growth of yours is spectacular!
