flexdc - your humidity won't hold you back. I'm growing Vanda seedlings successfully in Phoenix. It's a question of watering frequency.

Oh right I should just stay home and be an orchid mom lol

Even in Florida people water them at least once a day.

Magnificent flowers....too bad the grower neglected to tag it or Lowes staff lost the tag....its very hard to ID a Vanda hybrid. But you managed to have two spikes ....just follow the culture religiously and it will bloom for you maybe twice a year
