Is this rhynchorides blooming size?

I received my rhynchorides Bangkok sunset today from Seagrove Orchids. The plant was very well packaged., however it's a lot smaller than I thought. The website said it's blooming size but there is no old spike so it has not bloomed. It will be lovely if it is blooming size and stays in this size. It's so adorable! Does this orchid get Vanda care? Linda said it needs more water than Vanda, but it still needs to dry out between watering right?
