Aerides falcata
My Aerides falcata has finally bloomed.
It is so beautiful and fragrant. The scent perfumes my whole greenhouse. It smells very strongly of roses and something else i can't quite describe.
I water it daily and it hangs in my indoor greenhouse that i try to keep around 50% humidity and higher. It gets bright light and fed twice a month or more.
I bought this orchid thinking it was an Aerides houlletiana, but i am not disappointed in anyway because i do wish to have all the Aerides species eventually.
So far one of my favorite scents in the Aerides genus.
