Thanks to everyone who loves this plant. It bloomed first when it was 6 inches with 12 leaves and branched only when it was 10 inch tall, when it started the 2 keikis. It can grow with Neofinetias but with more light.

Super beautiful! Thanks for sharing. I got one of these a couple months ago, it's just now putting out a new leaf and is only an inch or so tall. Thanks for the info on keeping it in south light, I'm thinking maybe I'm keeping mine too shaded and perhaps not wet enough. So grateful to be able to enjoy this beauty while mine is still growing, you've done a great job.

The colors are just popping out, and I can imagine, that even out of bloom the plant looks attractive. Hmmm, where can I squeeze one of these...

I'm happy the plant is having fans! The flowers do 'pop' up to give a show like flames on a stick.

The plant also look great without flower because it grows compact and like neo in growth habits.

Please for young plants, keep warm and low light till 4 inches in height.

I have an imshootiana, Bella and Vietnamese waiting to bloom. Also histriolyca. All growing side by with the monachica
