Yup! I am slowly getting rid of my non-fragrant orchids. Of course there are a few "old favorites" which bloom more than once a year. Those I WILL keep...BettyE.

It is grown in a greenhouse, where we maintain Cattleya conditions (a 40% shade cloth, themostat set at 55F, and fan coming on at 80-85F). We water heavily on Saturday, and try to get 2nd light watering in mid-week. I have a sprinkler rigged to cover my Paph seedlings and smallest Vanda baskets for 2 minutes every morning.

We use Peters 20-20-20 every two weeks, except in Dec & Jan.

The mounted ampullaceum is not within reach of the sprinkler though.
