Pink Neofinetia

Bought this Neofinetia (now Vanda) a few months back and now it sent up a new spike! Looks like a nice pink one to me, sadly there isn't much fragrance under my t5 lights.

Yes, it is nicely colored. Is there a clonal name (or parentage if seed grown) on the label?

Ya I'm not too keen on the name change. I think the large nectar spur and flowering/plant habit is enough to keep it in it's own genus. But I'm not taxonomist

That is a very pretty one!
To me, the falcata look like a cross between a Vanda and an Angraecums but I am definitely not an expert.

I would guess - and that's all it is - that it's a 'Shutenno' cross. I just got in a 'Koto' x 'Shutenno' sib cross that blooms almost identically.

It does look the same as Shutenno flowers, but the plant looks different.

Shutenno x Koto hybrids are highly variable.
