Gorgeous flower! I love the sugar plum spots on the petals....the form is a classic Mokara....I also have Chark Kuan blue and gold....your orchid plant was born out of a hybrid lab in Singapore.....you are one of the few who grow Mokara...maybe because it can grow really tall and big and the roots will be all over the place.
