Default Triple Spiked Euanthe sanderiana

Still in spike yet. I hope and I wish this plant wouldn't die due to heavy stress carrying those blooms. Last blooming was 2010.

The other one in spike on right is a semi-alba var of sandee (more yellowish than green on lower half and pure white top)

I'll update this post once they are in full show.

PS: Ignore the inaccurate coloration of image. Leaves are near dark green rather than yellowish.

In my estimate it's about 10 years or more. The time I bought it from Puentespina wayback 2010 it's almost 2 ft in height.

Well done, I've a triple spike on one of my vandas forming as well, a lot less developed than yours though so a chance that one could blast, yours will look fairly speccy when in bloom!

Thats a nice mature plant. I live in Gensan so I can visit Puentespina's farm anytime in Davao =). They also sell seedlings in bottles for 500pesos. ($11)

Default UPDATE

Here's the update of my triple spiked sandie. Although no bud blast occurred but an unknown pest or insect chewed some of buds as you can see.

And the another variety

I think I need to wait for few more days for blooms to fully open.

OT: Our cute street cat waiting for food.

Thanks for looking and have a good day.
