Vanda in a Vase
I picked these guys up last week when I stopped by Home Depot a few days ago. This is my third time buying blooming vanda, and the first time buying NOID.
I have seen these before at Whole Foods and Home Depot, but they were horrible with flowers all bruised up and floppy, yet the same high price of $69.99!
This time, there were a few different colors, dark blue, blue (I know it's not real blue but,,,), pale blue, white, pink, and spotted dark blue, to choose from and most of them looked quite nice.
As much as I love these colorful big flowers, now I'm concerned that I might not keep them once flowers are gone. They are just too big and I don't think they will do well stuck in this vase for a long time.
The leaves look all forced to stay in the container.
Oh, well...for now, I'm just enjoying the beautiful flowers.
