After caring the plant for years, i find it does not like high temperature. Though it looks like a warm grower. A friend of mine grows his plant at elevation about 500 meters and he found this species grows well.

Lovely flowers, and not one I've ever seen in person. I like the brightness of the yellow and the spots. I bet this species has a lot of potential for hybridization.

I also think it is a parent to create some great crosses. But till now, i have never seen its corsses sold or grown here in Taiwan. But seedlings of this species have been available for many yerars.
