I'm reeeeally liking this little guy. I got it in bloom 2 weeks ago from Cloud's Orchids, and the flowers are holding up nicely. They smell very strongly in the afternoon. I think they smell like freshly baked bread, my mom thinks they smell of jasmine. I soak it in water once or twice a day and let it hang out of direct sunlight. Any tips on these guys? Please let me know

I've heard that they occasionally grow a leaf, but it drops off soon after.

Very nice! I have this species but haven't flowered it yet - we'll be alert for fragrance.

Usually, the leaf grows out if the light levels are a bit too low. If there is adequate light, most of the times they will not grow the leaf.

They're usually pretty small and flimsy, not anything terribly substantial looking by outward appearances, but they can very well contribute to energy production and will get the job done.
