As for the wrinkle, it just dehydration from heat. Its normal for the lower leaf, or the leaf that received the most light tobe slight wringle. since multiflora has such as thick succulent leaf, you will always going to get some leaf that going to get slight wringle.

Actually a red pigmentation indicates a lack of nutrients, on the other hand a purple pigment in the leaves just means that the plant is getting the highest amount of light without it being too intense that it burns the leaves.
If it is a red pigmentation it means it needs a little calcium and magnesium added to it when watering.
