The shape resembles a vascostylis hybrid; now Vandacostylis.

My first spike has opened it's last bloom. Here is a picture after my flowers opened! The other spike hasn't opened yet, but should soon! It would have had a few more flowers had I not knocked off a few buds with the blinds. It didn't miss a beat. It also has a pleasant scent.

That's impressing for a first rebloom. I had my first rebloom on a Vanda as well this year (actually the spike started oct.-nov. last year), but only three blooms. The last bloom is about to wilt, but I have another spike going on another Vanda (all NoId Vandas, I think I have 6 or 7 now).

Beautiful! I have one called Roll on red that I am hoping will spike soon. I hate it when they changes names on things. They do the same thing with birds.

Do you have a greenhouse? or sunroom?
How do you keep the plant straight up?
Mine are already leaning toward the light.
I grow by the windows.

No, I don't have a sunroom (but wish I did)!! It grows in a window and is actually in a wood basket (inside a pot since the root system is so large) and since it is so tall it also has a hanger hooked to the basket. The hanger holds the plant in place straight b/c I tie the plant back to the hanger which helps it grow straight up. The only issue I will have as you can see in the photo is the plant is almost at the top of the hanger with the new leaf. Thanks for the comment!
