The plant inherited the Neofinetia form: it has the Neo "tsuke' (the sea wave formation where the leaf meets the base)

I'm quite pleased with it I'm finding that except for my Amami Island, the Neostylis' seem more willing to bloom than my Neos ...

This has been a happy grower for me, so far - has crazy fat roots growing out from the very narrow slots in the orchid pot its in
