I love Aerides crosses, but they do not bloom as well for me as Ascocendas, Vandas & Rhynchostylis (or Aerides species for that matter). Not really sure what they are missing in my care.

It gets watered heavily every morning and is in my vanda house which has 64-70% shade cloth roof but no walls whatsoever. It does also get some direct morning sun as well. Its also in a vanda plastic pot with virtually no media.
