Aerides (or now Vanda) flabellata seems about right. Some hybrids could be similar. Closer pics of the flower from some other angles might help confirm.
As I understand it, currently Kew World Checklist of Selected Plant Families and RHS International Orchid Register recognize Vanda flabellata, but Aerides odorata and many others are still Aerides.
Yes as suggested by PaphMadMan, there is a good chance that this plant is Vanda flabellata, formally known as Aerides flabellata. A closer photo will help.
And agree again with PaphMadMan : only this species of Aerides is transferred in Vanda, all the others remain as Aerides. But in fact, Christenson had transferred Aerides flabellata in the Vanda genus in the 90's.
