Bark, spag, some diatomite ...the odd Lecca pellet.

Thank you Ryan and all. This one (white) and the red that I'd also posted was purchased from a local vendor Jan Smid's Orchids. I am fortunate (well maybe unfortunate - $$$$$$$) to live within a couple of hours from many quality vendors.
