I'm sure you will be rewarded! would love to see a pic of yours as don't see many whole plant photos of this orchid.
The only advice I can give you is : don't "love it too much "
By the way, how big/old is yours? has it already flowered?
I have had mine 3 yrs - first year I think it had 2 spikes, next time round 4 and now third time round 6..

Nenella, I've had mine since last summer. It was barely started and is still quite small. The good news is that it had grown lots of roots. It's in a 2 inch plastic net pot with sphag and the roots are visible through the net and are quite extensive. So I figure Mine will bloom for me next year.
