My new arrival - Ascocenda White Angel

Just an quick update.
SO far so good, the ascocenda is still with me
It has a spike growing and a new leaf as well.... see pictures. It sits on an east/south east facing window so gets a lot of sun when its out. I also put it in the conservatory if its a nice bright day. Have been submerging the roots every 3 days or so. No new root growth at the mo. Had to snip a few off that didnt look so good, but other than that it "seems" ok.

It does look good. I have vasco spikes that seem to be taking forever! Maybe it just seems that way.

It's Vasco. Viboon Velvet....and probably clonal name 'Perfection' but for sure it is Viboon Velvet; forget a clonal name.

I think you may be over concerned about too much light with your Vandas. Vandas love light! I used to live in Florida and had a bunch of them outside in full Florida sunshine everyday and never had problems with the leaves burning.
