You don't have to remove the burnt leaves unless it bothers you aesthetically. Just move it to a location with high light and morning sunlight; mind you morning sun ends at 11:30am, after that the direct midday sun gets too intense for none-established plants.
Most people use a charcoal and stone potting mix, but I like coarse bark and perlite as a mix that allows maximum drainage and air to the roots, as well as good temporary moisture retention that keeps roots happy on mokaras and vandaceous orchids on a whole.

so just to confirm...move it to a location with morning sun/high light but shaded (dappled/like under a tree)?...and that's it? It will recover and start to shoot roots? Maybe the pic would really help; hopefully you view it this time.
