They are still planted in moss but VERY loosely, just enough to keep a little moisture at the roots. They seem to be doing OK for the time being. Haven't lost any more leaves, knock on wood!
What is clearys? Something along the same line as physan?
Hope it all goes well with you....Jean

I'm glad your plants are hanging in there. Clearys is a systemic bacterial fungicide, so the same idea as physan in that you spray these guys down in hopes of killing off bad stuff.

Down to two sedirea minmaru-- lost another this week. If any of my plants have a chance, it's these last two.

Sedirea Thread

I hope you all don't mind this posting. Not all Sederia japonica have issues. This plant was kind of "lost" with all the other plants in its growth group. Today is watering day for this plant, so I was a little surprised the flowers were open. This plant started spiking about a month ago. It is basically a NOID, but was identified by the vendor as a "Sederia japonica Hybrid (pink flower)". It is fragrant but it smells more like an orchid with a slight citrus scent. It is loosing a leaf, so I suppose it has issues too.

Glad to see you got it to bloom! My standard sedirea grows like a weed. But the minmaru, not so much. Lol
