Ah, Sedirea......Aerides spelled backwards!
Some of you have them potted Neofinetia style. Do they do better like that? I have one which is in need of repotting.

Yes this is the one I made. It's pretty small but perfectly sized for El Chabo, which is what I call this little guy. It's Spanish for, the chabo.
