19140 Lux (1914 x10 as your meter indicates) is roughly 1780Fc (foot candles). If that intensity of sunlight is sustained for several hours daily it might be enough for the plant to get by, but possibly not enough to thrive. 2500Fc (27000 Lux) or more would be better.

Lux x 0.0929 = Fc.
