I'm afraid there is a problem of space. When I got a red vasco for my birthday, the nice lady included a free Lumpini red vanda that looks to be blooming size. Also a coelogyne pandutata. Both get huge! The lumpini should be a similar though lighter colour than yours, though.
I still say get it and make space...vandas actually don't mind being put tightly together

But can they get enough light that way? I actually had a pretty tightly packed collection in our last place but one problem was keeping track of bugs. I'm really careful to check often now. We have a fairly small house and I have started adding lights.

It will be perfectly fine closely set together. As for light, they are more efficient than you would imagine; not to mention this guy is a strap leaf and doesn't need more than dappled light. Light won't need to be coming fom 360 degrees. Unless I'm to assume you have a small hole in the wall as ur only light source in which case it would be tough; but u also mentioned artificial lighting so I say all systems go!
Believe me, I am packing in as many as I can. We don't have much light here in the winter because it rains a lot, but I take full advantage of the summer sun. I can't see out the window of my South facing art studio. The artificial light does help.

Unless ur talking about semi-terete or terete vandas your space with be quite fine.
In our climate I wouldn't attempt them. I have strap leaf vandas, vascos, renanstylis, asco, rhynchcentrum and an assortment of various species and hybrids of other orchid types. I am thinking that I could get more miniatures, though. I could always fit a few of them in.
