Bud - that is amazing. Mine have done nothing. No new growth, no roots, zip. What is your secret?

Thank You !
I was giving it the Baker culture, it is with my Neofinetias on the same window; K-lite and seaweed fertilizer....once a month flushing of debris in the glass vase. I think this summer the temperature and light is just right to create an ideal environment for this kind of plant.

Thank You, Judi !
* I made a big mistake in cutting the spike last time; now I will not dare cut it since it will bloom again on that same spike....maybe that is why it skipped last year's blooms.

Wow! Fabulous!
I got one in spike (now blooming) about 6-7 weeks ago... I hope I can keep mine as happy as yours apparently is!

Amazing! I just bought one in spike last weekend and it has one spike, but I am sure in the delivery and unpacking at the event it lost a few buds. Still beautiful, though!
So you aren't supposed to cut the spike on this one? Generally speaking, I don't cut spikes off until they are dried up/dead anyway, but good to know.

Thank You, Paul!
If you look at the very first pictures a couple of years ago, you will notice three little spikes already forming on just one plant but I was so excited that I took pictures of the flowers without waiting for the other spikes to bloom. This time I waited until the spikes developed and then took the pictures.
Your plant will make more spikes just be patient=and don't cut it.
