I had almost given up on this prima donna. I got it as a seedling 3 years ago, and it's a slow grower for me (it's still only about 10cm. big, although it has a side shoot!). It needs high humidity and warm to hot temps, high light and a good airflow. I grow it in a vase, with some moist leca pellets on the bottom, and in a warm terrarium.

Gorgeous colors....I am also waiting for my plant to bloom....I got a blooming size two years ago and its not yet spiking at all....

Wow Ezil Congrats!! I too have had one 2 years but I'm sure I'll have to wait a few more before I see blooms. Could you post a photo of the whole plant please? Thanks alot.

I'm also waiting for mine to bloom, think I'll try to give it more warmth and brighter light. Seems like I've been waiting forever. Prima Donna is right!

I tried to get some decent pictures of the whole plant, but I'm not sure I succeeded. Hope they help in evaluating your own plants.

WOW! you also have two plants...but my two are twins of the same size that I got originally from the vendor as if they were welded together from the flask....I hope they both bloom for me all at the same time
