Yea, I have several brand new spikes...the V. Gordon Dillon Lea is fully opened now...and the pat's delight is take its good ole time as usual idk why but i guess cuz its blooms are almost 6" blooms so it takes a tone of energy to bloom. But I also have another first time bloomer; V. Tubtim Velvet x v. lenachai.
September & November will be full of blooms and more to come....i am so ecstatic.
Did you see the full pics of the V. Prao Sky Blue? Its got even bigger and richer in colour since then.

yes, I saw it...its just spectacular how the flowers when newly opened had somewhat dull colors and wait a week and they flattened more as they get vivid colors in bigger robust form
