Mokara Chark Kuan 'gold'

Mokara is an artificial hybrid generic name derives from the crossing of Arachnis x Ascocentrum x Vanda.
Mokara Chark Kuan is a Malaysian hybrid registered in 1976. The large, spotted delicate flowers of Mokara Chark Kuan comes with many varieties –‘Gold’, ‘Pink’, ‘Orange’, ‘Rose’, ‘Red’, etc….
I grow this in S/H method=my very first plant on S/H (see my older posting a year ago when I first posted this on the S/H thread) , this is the 4 th time that this plant bloomed in my care; currently outside on the fire escape of my apartment in direct sun but shaded from 11am to 3pm by tall buildings….in winter it goes indoors on a south facing window….this loves to feed and drink a lot.

Mokara Chark Kuan ‘gold’ has freckled golden flowers of about 9 by 8 cm wide. The flowers are really stunning, elegant and lovely to look at.
