Does anyone know when I can start putting in urls?

Hi Eugene and welcome. As soon as you figure out how to do this, and hopefully one of the experts that do this frequently will help you, with detailed guidance.

I think you just need to put up a few more posts and then you can post links and pictures. They just don't want spammers putting up advertisement links.
