This little beauty opened up completly today. Such a bright orange.

Wow, I love the color contrast of the magenta/blue tesselation. How many flowers and is this a first bloom for the plant?

Thanks guys, it really is putting on a show. When all the buds open there will be eight flowers. I bought it last year about this time from a local discount store. I was surprised to find a ascocenda even in the bunch. It only had a couple very faded blooms on it last year. I was so happy to see that it was going to bloom.

Noid Huh? I don't think that orchids considers itself a noid. The truth is it is beautiful and need no other name.
