I really like your Sedirea - the shape and form.
I have a "daruma" type that is tiny and verrrrrrrry slow-growing. So I decided to start looking for one like yours - and guess what, mine arrived today. I bought it off e-bay. Its similar, if not identical, to yours and has 4 developing spikes, leaves are about 9in'. Reminds me of a doritis/dtps.......I don't have any vandas so thats my comparison.

Dang, your plant is A.MAZ.ZING! I don't think I have ever seen such a large and well grown plant before! How long have you had it?
Orchidsarefun- I also have a tiny daruma type Sedirea, and it is the slowest growing plants I've ever seen.... I had bought a normal one last spring, but lost it 3 months later to crown rot. I need another, at least that one was noticably growing!

Mine is doing well - at least the spikes are growing very fast towards the light/sun.
Maybe in about 10 years I can give yours a run for the money !

hmmmmm.....mine is the orchid tortoise and yours is the orchid hare, and although there's many a slip between cup and lip, and I always look before I jump, I can guarantee that mine will be running and yours will be a limp-a-long in that final race.
