Hmmm. Interesting.
I have one like the first picture, which I got from Andy's. The plant itself is so small, but it has bloomed several times already.
BUT, I do like the 2nd one. I was temped to buy a simlar one through Orchids Limited, but I decided to wait for now.
Thank you for sharing. It is amazing to see how much the flower has improved.

In some ways I actually like the "unimproved" version better. I like spidery flowers, and everything seems in better proportion. And the color is so delicate and lovely.
That said, the second version is beautiful as well. I love the more intense color and tessellation.

I really like both! Very interesting that they are able to breed them like that. Thanks for sharing.

I have a seedling, and I'm trying to figure out how big it will be when it blooms for me. How big is yours?

It's about 4 -5 inches leaf span. I will send a pic to you.
