I'll take the un-improved any day.

Yep . Man can never out do the creator.
How many seed pods have you seen on a hybrid ?
I have a pod on every orchid here. They burst about the time the winds start ( a couple of days ago).
I'll have hundreds/thousands more in a year or two.
In 2005 I had one Skinerii. I have hundreds now.

The first looks like the blooms of my little coerulescens. I love the blooms. Does this bloom only once a year, too?

Kali Hibiscus - I purchased the plant at Parkside Orchid Nursery. Apparently not all of the plants came out like the wild/unimproved form.

Leafmite - It blooms once a year in the Fall.

Wrebbitrocks - The improved form came from Orchids Limited.
