Yellowing leaves on my vanda

I have one vanda that went through this and I was able to stop the progression with multiple treatments of copper fungicide alternating with physan.
I have a good 8 inches of "bare" plant between roots and remaining leaves...
It is getting new leaves on top but not yet new roots in the bare area.

I'm afraid you might be right. I sent these same pictures to a professional grower that was also present on the Barcelona Orchid Show and they say it's a systemic decease, that can be treated with a substance called "metil tiofanato" (whatever that might be).
I'll try to get it somehow and let you know how the evolution is.

I looked it up and it appears to be a fungicide.
Most of the literature on it is in Spanish.
Wish my Spanish were better
