Rhynchostylis retusa 2
We got this about 7 years ago as a 2 plant in a basket bundle, put them both in this 8" ceder basket with no mix, they have bloomed before.
In the plant pic. The smallest plant closest to the flowers Is one of the original seedlings, this one also has the least spotted flowers.
The tallest plant is the other seedling all other plants are offsets of tallest seedling.
Good smell, each plant has its own smell to the flowers.
Greenhouse winter, outdoor summers.

Rhyncostylis retusa 2
I'm green with envy. My retusa tried to put out a spike earlier but the awful heat here in TX did it in. Oh well, maybe next year. Congrats on yours, it is a real beauty.

Would there even be a way to separate those at this point? They are gorgeous as is, but I was just wondering.

the roots are so intermingled in and around the pot I don't think it is possible. I am just surprised that one plant has no side growth and the other has 5 offsets.
