V. Robert's Delight 'Garnet Beauty' bloomed

I bought it from local orchid show in April and now it blooms! Well worth waiting.

Very gorgeous. It sure look like my V. Robert's Delight. Someone told me It was V. Robert's Delight pink, but this one looks similar to mine. Anyway it's awesome. Well done. I noticed that you have it in vase also.

Thank you. Yes, I kept it hanging for a month after purchasing, but then noticed that roots looked sort of too dry - and put it in a vase. Of course I had to run around for a while trying to find vase big enough - and found one in the crafts department.
It is doing much better in the vase now.

I'm glad you did find a good vase for it. It can be difficult I think. The vase has to be big enough. I think the vase method is working much better than hanging it. Especially while I can not grow them outside. Especially with the bad summer this year. Now I can put them in the windowsill. I'm glad your's is also doing fine now. It's looking pretty.
