Tuberolabium rhopalorrhachis
Found in the Philippines and neighboring southeast Asian countries. Intensely fragrant.

Gorgeous! I had never ever heard of this orchid until now, so thanks for posting! What kind of care does it need?

It is in a clay pot with charcoal and coconut fibers, in the farm, which is about 300 masl. Watered almost everyday, because the constant wind dries up the medium fast.

Very nice but I really do believe that is Tuberolabium philipsii, rhopalorrhachis is similar but it has spots.

However, this is the illustration in the book, The Orchids of the Philippines.
The updated version is coming out in a week, I hope it has been corrected.
