I'm growing a vandal in a glass vase.
It's about finishing blooming.
To get it to re bloom again, what should I do, and how long will it take before there is a new spike?

Depends on what type/kind of vanda you have. Parentage also affects how often a vanda will bloom. For example Vanda sanderiana, a once a year/seasonal bloomer. Most sanderianized (crossed with sandie) vanda also blooms once a year.
I grow all my vanda's in vases. I mist them daily. Depending on the weather how often. Once a week I soak them with fertilizer. When possible I put them outside. Not in the sun at the hottest part of day.
One of my Vanda's is in spike now after only 3 months again. That depends on the type of course.
Hope this will help.

I don't really know what kind of hand it is. It's just like the one I use in my avatar, even the same color. I use to water it by filling the vase with water, the frequency depending on the color the roots have (I only water when they are no longer green). I leave the water for about 1 hour in the vase, then I empty it again.
I do mist my Vanda's daily. When it is sunny I do mist them more often per day. Vanda's like to get goot watering. Than once a week I soak them with fertilizer in the water. I leave them in the water for about 30 minutes. Till I don't see any bubbles any more.
