Gage, I'm glad your Pachara Delight has decided to bloom. I was talking to the people at Banjong Orchids, in Homestead, last week. They sell a lot of the Pachara Delight and they said it usually blooms twice a year. I guess that's more than most vandas but less than most ascocendas. Good luck with yours. They're beautiful when they're in bloom.

Thanks, Tucker. Good to know. Hopefully I have gotten rid of the little suckers that ruined these past buds/blooms. So, I'll just have to wait till next time.
I usually spray my vanda buds with one of the isecticides made for roses and flowers. The one's I've used in the past are Rose Pride by Ortho and Bayer Advanced Rose & Flower. Good luck.
