Book/CD on Vanda culture and Vanda under lights

Could anybody recommend a decent book/ CD/DVD/ article serieson Vanda culture.
Also a good book on growing them under lights (if ever one is written on the subject !) would be great.
I am aware of Dr Motes book but it is not freely available and rather expensive

Motes book is good, but you can find his growing tips online.
I would imagine that you have the best info at your fingertips. I Googled "vandas orchids under lights" and got 639,000 results.

Anytime, Andy. I wish I could be of more help. I grow all my orchids outdoors. I just don't know much about growing them indoors.
I struggle with keeping humidity up and air moving even in south Florida. Keep that in mind on growing inside. I'm 5'6 and I have some vandas that are as tall or taller then me.

I have been growing vandas exclusively under lights for a few years now with great success.
do you have specific questions? I'll try to answer them based on my experience, with the caveat that there are probably a few different ways to do it
