It looks like it is starved for water/humidity. How often do you water it? You don't have any growing root tips do you?

I hope you manage to save it. Vanda Panchara Delight is a wonderful orchid that blooms often and puts on quite a show. Most of them have dark bluish purple flowers on tall spikes. Good luck.

There are a couple of growing root tips at the bottom. I water twice a day. Temps here are record highs in Georgia and June was the second hottest average temp on record - 84 and thats the average.

You have a dehydrated plant.
Soak it overnight in a bucket of water with fertilizer....
you have aerial roots that are still functioning.
The top leaves are doing their job; to do photosynthesis for the plant.
that is a very nice vanda if you make it bloom(Tucker and I both have that same plant)
when the middle part produce roots, cut it an inch below the new root and have a second plant and start culture from there....the bottom part might produce a basal keiki or continue producing new leaves.
your grow zone is hot and humid in the warm months so you can hang this plant under a shady tree and water twice a day....this plant feeds and drinks a lot....but bring it indoors a week before the frost comes or if it gets below 50F....Vanda roots dont like the cold
your plant is tenacious it can take abuse but dont push it...
