this one looks a little better with larger flat blooms. not a whole lot of them but they have nice shape and color. I still dont like the dirty edge. Some of that is shadow but most is flower color. I take them outside to see the real hues and make an attempt inside with the camera to portray this as accurately as a cheap camera can.

hard to beat real lighting and my eyes cant be that bad indoors, can they?

this is a mini vanda about 6 inches tall I didnt get a picture of the whole plant..I like to see the plant too. I see people post blooms that are awesome then find out its the size of a pea. A plant shot gives you a complete perspective. I get one tomorrow

Very nice! I believe the correct name is Kultata Gold. 'Kultata' is the name of a Thai nursery that is big on Vandas.

I also have it in flower but mine is crossed with Ascda Suksamran Gold which gives smaller and darker flowers with pronounced spotting.

The outdoor photo is much better. The color of the flowers is much brighter. I like to see a photo of the whole plant.

Baz isn't quite right, its V. Kultana Gold. BUT you say its a mini Vanda, if it is, then its NOT a V. Kultana Gold. It maybe an Ascocenda with Kultana Gold as one parent. What size are the flowers?

Vanda Kultana Gold x Ascocenda Fuchs Gold.I hope thats done correctly by the book Im going to get this right eventually. Its a whole new world to me still.
