Question about vanda divisions, do they require different care than seedlings?

I have planted them in bark into the smallest plastic pots that could fit existing roots.

wonderlen3000, your suggestion sounds like a variation of sphag-n-bag method. My divisions have some existing roots, would they be OK there in container?
