You're right. I just checked their website and they say that they've not been able to get anything for this Spring's offering. All I see on their website is an image of one.

Last I talked to Dwayne, he indicated he was pretty much getting out of the orchid business to focus on other things like his farm.

You all might check with Louisiana Orchid Connection, they're importing a lot of hard-to-find Taiwanese and Chinese species and if they don't have it they may be able to get it for you. Ooi Leng Sun in Malaysia might be a good place to check, too, I think they come to shows in the US a few times per year.

Great plant, Jay, thanks for showing us this one! TIL there is another beautiful Sedirea species.

I got three from a friend who got them ex-China. I hope I can flask it offer some up in the coming next few years

Of course I will let you know. I want to see this species more widely cultivated. Luckily 3 plants lived. It just passed Australian Customs at 3 months and are ok. Thats some feat.

Sadly 4 Nothodoritis zhejiangense died.. One lived... I could have cried all day as they cost $80 a plant.

I will send seed to Troy Meyers too.. But lets not count chickens.

I have asked my friend China for seed of both species.

Not sure you if you still frequent this site but I thought I'd try. I have had my Sedirea subparishii for several years and it has yet to flower. I wondered if you tell me about you "winter rest" that you give yours?
Anything would help.
