Plantlets are looking very healthy and your sister made very good job as the bottle wasn't shaked during the trip and the aggar is not mixed with the plantlets. That means you don't have to open the bottle now.
In this case, I recommend to wait as long as you can before removing the plantlets because they will be bigger and stronger and that increases chances of survival. But on the other hand, if you see any signs of wiltings in the plantlets, you should remove them as infections can appear very quick in those flasks.
