Vanda Sansai Blue...yet another!

Like Barbs, my Sansai Blue is also flowering. I grow this one in the greenhouse at work as I could never hope to get enough sun and heat in my house.

Very nice, and nicely photographed too. Where did you get yours?

We just potted ours in coarse fir bark mix hoping to retain a little more moisture. We even tried rain water instead of tap to see if that would help, and it's growing more roots finally. I heard that vanda's don't like minerals in the tap water and I also feared for the large amounts of chlorine they put in the water by times.

Thanks Peter....I suspected it might be Wirat as the flowers were so much larger than Sansai's I've seen. I'll fix my label!
